Your hair doesn't need 12 ingredients you can't pronounce. It needs fewer, better ones.
We've been making shampoo and conditioner bars in Oregon since 2018. In that time, we've shipped tens of thousands of bars, earned nearly 300 five-star reviews across our hair care line, and heard from customers in every climate, with every hair type, dealing with every frustration the beauty industry has handed them.
This is what we've learned. Not marketing copy. Not a sales pitch. Just what actually happens when people ditch the plastic bottles and switch to bars.
What Actually Happens When You Switch
The reviews tell the story better than we can.
"My hair was once thin, dry and going grey. Now its full, thick, radiant, with curls back. I ran a test and went a full week without having to wash my hair. No difference in manageability or appearance."
Cathie T. ★★★★★
"I live in the high mountain desert of the southwest and I struggle with very dry brittle hair. But this shampoo has really helped. My hair is soft and even shiny."
Verified Buyer ★★★★★
"After a very short transition period, I now only wash my hair every other day instead of every single day. My hair is healthier and looks better than it ever has."

These aren't cherry-picked. They're just what people keep saying.
The Premium Line (And Why We Made It)
Our original shampoo bars have been around since the beginning. They work great for most people and they're our most affordable option. But we kept hearing from customers with specific needs that weren't quite covered. So we developed the Premium line.
Lavender-Plum (for blonde and grey hair) protects tone and adds brightness. Susan P. uses it for her sensitive scalp and says it softens the natural color of her gray blonde hair. Bonnie G. says it's great for more than just blonde or grey. Her whole household uses it for gentle cleansing.
Volumizing Grapefruit (for fine or flat hair) uses rice water to strengthen and add body. If your hair falls flat by noon, this is the one.
Peppermint Vanilla (for oily hair) keeps things fresh without stripping. Amy O. says it smells amazing and works great on her oily hair.
The original line is still here too. Frenchie Falls, Opal Creek, Celilo Citrus, Wallowa Wilds, and Unscented. If you're not sure where to start, Frenchie Falls is our bestseller.
Conditioner Bars: The Missing Piece
Here's something we learned the hard way from our customers: a great shampoo bar without a great conditioner bar is only half the solution.
"LOVE this conditioner bar! I was using a different brand and going thru 3 conditioner bars to 1 shampoo bar. No build up, rinses cleanly, and I get a pick right thru my curls."
Nicole E. ★★★★★
We make two formulas. Daily Conditioner is lightweight moisture and smooth detangling. If you're not sure which one you need, start here. It comes in Unscented, Lavender, and Oregon Mint.
Curly Conditioner is built for thick, curly, or dry hair that needs more slip, more moisture, and more definition. Unscented only.
"I've purchased many of these bars. They provide just the right amount of conditioning, leaving my hair soft and without any leftover residue."
Lynne ★★★★★
Our conditioner bar carries a 4.92 out of 5 stars across 97 reviews. Ninety-five percent of those are five stars.
Better Together: The Premium Hair Care Bundle
Shampoo and conditioner bars work best as a pair. The shampoo cleans without stripping, the conditioner detangles and adds moisture without coating. Together, they replace four to five plastic bottles per year.

The Transition Period (Be Honest With Yourself)
If you've been using conventional shampoo for years, your hair has been stripped and coated in a cycle of sulfates and silicones. When you switch to bars, your hair needs time to recalibrate.
The first week or two can feel weird. Your hair might feel waxy, heavy, or just different. This is normal. It's not the bar failing. It's your hair adjusting.
Most people are through the transition in one to two weeks. Some take a little longer. The customers who stick with it almost universally say the same thing: once they got through it, their hair was better than it's ever been.
A few things that help: rinse thoroughly (more than you think you need to), use an apple cider vinegar rinse if things feel heavy, and keep your bar dry between uses. A bar holder or sisal bar saver makes a real difference.

The Plastic Math
The average American uses about 11 plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner per year. One shampoo bar lasts about 60 washes. One conditioner bar lasts a similar amount.
Switch to bars and you're removing those bottles from your bathroom, your trash, and the planet. Every order from us ships carbon-neutral in plastic-free packaging. To date, our customers have helped prevent over 350,000 pieces of plastic from entering the waste stream.
Small batch. Oregon made. Your hair, no bottles.
