When you shop with us, you support a small family business that strives for sustainability in every aspect.

We decarbonized in 2021. Our office and production facility run on solar power. We purchased an electric vehicle for local deliveries.

We are a carbon negative company. Not only are you taking plastic out of the waste stream when you shop with us, we take more carbon out of the atmosphere than we put in. We currently remove 10 kg of carbon with every order. Verify our impact with Greenspark.

We've planted over 60,000 trees. Together we are helping to restore mangroves and other critical forests. Verify our impact through Ecologi. and through

We use no plastic in our product packaging. 

Our mailers and shipping labels are made from 100% recycled paper. Even our packing tape is plant based and industrially compostable.

We use minimal packaging. We offer the option to purchase many of our products unwrapped. We don't have fancy promotional packaging. We reuse the backs of printer labels to separate products that may transfer oil. We reuse packaging and filler material. 

We offset the carbon emissions from all our shipping through Grassroots Carbon.

We source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We don't test on animals, we test on ourselves.
