We are a mom & pop team from Oregon.
We spent two wonderful years living in Panama. Living within an hour of Pacific and Caribbean ocean opened our eyes to the scope of the global plastic problem. Even when we visited remote, uninhabited islands, we found beaches covered with plastics big and small.
While there, a fight with cancer made us consider what we put in, and on, our bodies. When we returned to the United States for treatment, we spent a lot of time looking for natural products without plastic packaging. We didn't find a lot.
We started this company to give people body care products that wouldn't hurt themselves, or the planet.
We do things a little differently. Our products are made here in Oregon in small batches, with the best ingredients we can find.
We believe in the ability of one person to make a difference, and that a group of committed people can create true change. Since we started this business in 2018, together we have kept over 170,000 pieces of plastic out of the waste stream and planted more than 55,000 trees!
